Picture zooming around your neighborhood in a flying car. That dream is a step closer to becoming a reality! In August 2020, the Japanese company SkyDrive Inc. conducted a successful test of a flying car. The vehicle, named SD-03, flew around a circular test field for four minutes.
SD-03 takes off and lands vertically, similar to a helicopter. But it’s only as wide as two standard parking spaces. SkyDrive hopes to start selling flying cars like SD-03 by 2023!
